Propell Technologies Group Inc's Novas Energy USA Enters Into Engineering Agreement

Novas Energy USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Propell Technologies Group, Inc announced that it has entered into a Engineering, Procurement and Construction Agreement with a privately held engineering firm for the development and manufacturing of new plasma pulse enhanced oil recovery tools to be made the United States. Propell has paid the engineering firm $105,000 towards the initial $260,000 agreement, which includes the delivery of the first 2 prototype tools. The engineering design, fabrication, assembly, construction, inspection, testing, and delivery of the new plasma pulse tools will be done in the United States with final delivery coming from facilities located in Knoxville, Tennessee.  Full Article

Propell Corp Announces Acquisition Of Novas Energy USA Inc

Propell Corp announced that it has completed a share exchange agreement with the shareholders of Novas Energy USA Inc. of Houston, Texas, in which Novas became a wholly owned subsidiary of Propell. In the share exchange agreement, Propell exchanged 100,000,000 of its shares of common stock for all of the issued and outstanding shares of Novas. After the consummation of the share exchange, Novas became a wholly owned subsidiary of Propell, and the shareholders of Novas received shares of the common stock representing in the aggregate approximately 56% of the outstanding voting power (including common and preferred shares) of Propell.  Full Article
