May 22 (Reuters) - Partner Communications Company Ltd :Qtrly basic earnings per share NIS 0.33 .Q1 total revenues $221 million, a decrease of 18%.During Q1 of 2017, cellular subscriber base declined by approximately 28 thousand subscribers.At end of Q1 of 2017, company's cellular subscriber base was approximately 2.66 million.Monthly ARPU for cellular subscribers in Q1 2017 was NIS 61 (US$ 17), a decrease of 9% from NIS 67 in Q1 2016.Quarterly churn rate for cellular subscribers in Q1 2017 was 9.8%, compared with 11.2% in Q1 2016.Qtrly service revenues NIS 640 million (US$ 176 million), a decrease of 10%.  Full Article

Partner Communications Company Ltd:Received two lawsuits and motions for recognition of these lawsuits as class actions that were filed against Partner.First claim alleges that Partner charges its customers, while they are abroad, for incoming calls that are transferred to voice mail. The lawsuit was filed against Partner on December 29, 2015 in the Tel-Aviv -Jaffa District Court.If lawsuit is recognized as a class action, total amount claimed against Partner is estimated by plaintiff to be about NIS 70 million.  Full Article

Partner Communications Company Ltd:Says that it has signed agreement with Orange which creates a new framework for their relationship.Says two companies will use detailed market study to assess Partner's position within dynamics of Israeli telecommunications services marketplace.Says that in addition, agreement provides for total payments of 40 million euros to Partner from signing agreement until completion of market study, and additional 50 million euros should BLA be terminated within 24 months.Says amounts paid to Partner shall, as set forth in agreement, be reconciled evenly over eight quarters against marketing, sales, customer services and related expenses.  Full Article
