Pursuit Dynamics plc Enters Into An Agreement With Future Biogas Ltd
Pursuit Dynamics plc announced that it has entered into an agreement with Future Biogas Ltd (Future Biogas), a UK-based company that uses established German anaerobic digestion technology to produce renewable fuels from agricultural waste. The agreement comprises a commercial evaluation of the PDX waste to energy system for Future Biogas's Norwich plant, a fully operational facility, and is scheduled to commence in September 2011. A commercial decision is expected to be made by the end of November. This evaluation will also reinforce the performance baseline that PDX has demonstrated at Cranfield. Anaerobic digestion is a series of processes that cause microorganisms to break down biodegradable material in the absence of oxygen and which are used for industrial or domestic purposes to manage waste and/or release energy. Agricultural digestate produced by Future Biogas will be treated by the PDX system and put into batch anaerobic digestion. The evaluation will last for a period of 60 days and, subject to operation performance verification, Future Biogas can enter into a commercial installation agreement with PDX. The PDX business model for this industry is based on a revenue sharing model. Full Article
Pursuit Dynamics plc And Biomimetics Health Industries Joint Venture
Pursuit Dynamics plc announced that it has entered into an agreement to form a 50/50 Joint Venture ("JV") with Biomimetics Health Industries (UK) Limited ("Biomimetics"). The JV will seek to commercially exploit the patented intellectual property of both companies to create best-in-class disinfection and decontamination solutions using PDX's atomisation technology and Biomimetics' chemistry. The core areas on which the JV expects to focus are healthcare disinfection, environmental disinfection, animal health disinfection and crop protection. This JV will not preclude either company partnering with other companies to manufacturer or produce products in these areas of the market. Full Article
Pursuit Dynamics plc Announces Collaborative Agreement With Isle Utilities Limited
Pursuit Dynamics plc announced that it has entered into a collaborative agreement with Isle Utilities Limited (Isle Utilities), a water technology consultancy introduced by Thames Water (Thames Water), the UK's water utility, for a commercial evaluation of the PDX waste to energy system. The installation will be at Thames Water's Reading plant, a fully operational facility, and is scheduled to commence in August 2011. Thames Water's municipal sewage sludge will be treated by the PDX system and put into continuous digestion in an anaerobic digester. The evaluation will be conducted over four to six cycles each lasting 15 to 22 days. This field trial in the waste to energy sector covers municipal sewage. Further trials with other partners, covering agricultural waste, food waste and industrial waste, are separately in the planning stages. Full Article

Pursuit Dynamics plc announced the signing of a new agreement with Radeberger Gruppe KG (Raderberger) to install the PDX Wort Heater into its brewery in Radeberg, Germany during this financial year.
