PVH Corp:Says through certain subsidiaries, company licensed Vandale Industries, Inc.To design, produce and market women's shapewear, sleepwear, loungewear, robes, sports bras, and other specified athletic wear for the U.S. and Canadian markets under Warner's and Olga brands.Initial term of the license agreement runs through 2017.Deliveries of these new product categories are scheduled to begin in February 2015 for the Spring 2015 season.  Full Article
