Qualys Inc Announces Full Exercise of Underwriters' Over-Allotment Option in IPO
Qualys Inc announced that the underwriters of its initial public offering exercised in full their option to purchase an additional 1,136,250 shares of common stock from Qualys to cover over-allotments. Qualys Inc announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,575,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $12.00 per share. Qualys Inc's IPO Of 7.58 Million Shares To Price Between $11 And $13-DJ
Dow Jones reported that Qualys Inc's initial public offering of 7.58 million shares is expected to price between $11 and $13 a share. In June, Qualys had filed plans for an IPO of up to $100 million, as it looked to build working capital and support its future growth. The Company provides cloud security and compliance tools, primarily through annual subscriptions, that allow organizations to secure and protect their IT infrastructures. The technology is intended to address the increased complexity of managing IT security while using cloud computing, which blurs the traditional lines between internal and external IT infrastructures. Qualys will offer 6.7 million shares, while stockholders will offer an additional 875,000. It said it will use the proceeds from the offering for capital expenditures, working capital and other general corporate purposes like hiring additional personnel and investing in sales and marketing and in research and development. Qualys Inc Files for IPO Of Up To $100 Million-DJ
Dow Jones reported that Qualys Inc, filed plans for an Initial Public Offering of up to $100 million, as Qualys looks to build working capital and support its future growth. Qualys said it plans to spend about $20 million from the offering on capital needs, primarily related to infrastructure to support its future growth. It said the money will also be used for working capital, general corporate needs and potentially for acquisitions of complimentary businesses, technologies or other assets.
