Quick-Med Technologies Inc Announces Senior Management Changes

Quick-Med Technologies Inc announced that Bernd Liesenfeld, Ph.D. has been appointed as President of the Company and as a member of its Board of Directors. The Company also announced that CEO Ladd Greeno and Vice-President of Research & Development Jerry Olderman would be stepping aside from their management roles in the Company after a short transition period to be completed in mid-August. Both Mr. Greeno and Dr. Olderman will remain active with the Company as members of its Board of Directors and as senior advisors. Mr. Greeno shall also remain as Chairman of the Board.
