RBK OAO Announces Appointment of President

RBK OAO (RBC OJSC) announced the creation of a president's office within its organizational structure. In line with the current arrangements, Mr. Derk Sauer will become President of RBC OJSC once all the necessary formalities are addressed and a relevant approval is received from the Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation. As RBC's President, Mr. Derk Sauer will be responsible for the Company's strategic development, outlining priorities concerning acquisitions of new assets and promoting cooperation with the Company's key global partners. RBC OJSC also announced that Mr. Derk Sauer gave his prior consent to be nominated to RBC OJSC's Board of Directors at an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for December 10, 2012.
