FAS Approves TMKh-Servis OOO's To Acquire Rossiyskiye zheleznye dorogi OAO's Subsidiary-PRIME
PRIME reported that the Federal Antimonopoly Service has approved a motion of TMKh-Servis OOO for a 75% stake in Rossiyskiye zheleznye dorogi OAO's subsidiary, Zheldorremmash OAO. As previously reported, TMKh-Servis OOO, a unit of Transmashkholding, has won an auction for the above stake offering RUB 7.915 billion.
