Royal Dutch Shell Plc's Unit Shell Malaysia Reaches Agreement with Partners to Develop Offshore of Sabah-DJ
Dow Jones reported that Royal Dutch Shell Plc's (Shell) unit Shell Malaysia has reached the agreement with its partners Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd and ConocoPhillips Sabah Ltd (ConocoPhillips) to develop a deep-water oil field offshore of Sabah. The companies have taken a final investment decision to develop the Malikai field. Shell and ConocoPhillips hold each 35% stake in the project. Petronas owns the rest of the project's interest.
