Revenio Group Oyj Sells Parts of Done Logistics to Amipac Oy

Revenio Group Oyj announced that Done Logistics, a subsidiary of Revenio Group Corporation, classified in December 2012 as discontinued operations, has on February 7, 2013 sold parts of its business to Amipac Oy. The divested business operations cover the company's entire business except for projects in progress at the time of sale, including related rights and obligations, for which Done Logistics will carry responsibility. Services needed to complete projects will be acquired from other providers, including Amipac Oy. Supplementary firm-name Done Logistics will be sold with the agreement to the buyer as well. The transaction will not affect the Revenio Group Oyj's financial results or its financial guidance.
