For the third quarter of 2012, the Company now expects to report Adjusted EBITDA ranging from a loss of $2 million to a loss of $7 million. Renewable Energy Group Inc announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,200,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $10.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on The Nasdaq Global Market on January 19, 2012 under the symbol "REGI." Of the shares of common stock in the offering, Renewable Energy Group is offering 6,857,140 shares and selling stockholders are offering 342,860 shares. In addition, Renewable Energy Group has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,080,000 additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. UBS Securities LLC and Piper Jaffray & Co. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated and Canaccord Genuity Inc. are acting as co-managers.  Full Article
