Red Hat, Inc. Issues Q1 2013 Guidance In Line With Analysts' Estimates; Issues FY 2013 Guidance; Revenue Guidance Above Analysts' Estimates-Conference Call

Red Hat, Inc. announced that for first quarter of 2013, it expects revenue to be in the range of $307-$311 million and non-GAAP earnings per share (EPS) to be approximately $0.25-$0.27. For fiscal 2013, it expects revenue to be in the range of $1.34-$1.36 billion and non-GAAP diluted EPS to be $1.16-$1.20. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts on average are expecting the Company to report revenue of $308 million and EPS of $0.27 for first quarter of 2013; revenue of $1.32 billion and EPS of $1.17 for fiscal 2013.
