Regional Management Corp Issues Q4 2012 Guidance; Earnings Guidance Below Analysts' Estimates; Comments On Q4 2012 Same-Store Revenue Guidance

Regional Management Corp announced that for the fourth quarter of 2012, it expects total revenue to be in the range of $37.6 to $38 million, Same-store revenue growth to be in the range of 16% to 17%, net income to be in the range of $6.4 to $7 million and Diluted earnings per share (EPS) to be in the range of $0.50 to $0.55, based on a diluted share count of 12.8 million. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts on average were expecting the Company to report revenues of $38 million, net income of $8.2 million and EPS of $0.64 for the fourth quarter of 2012.
