Rosetta Stone Inc. Issues FY 2012 Guidance; Earnings Guidance Below Analysts' Estimates

Rosetta Stone Inc. announced that for fiscal 2012, it expects net revenue growth of 1% to 5% to be in a range $270-$285 million, adjusted EBITDA to be in a range $5-$8 million with adjusted EBITDA margin of approximately 2% to 3%, net income to be in a range ($6)-($4) million and earnings per share (EPS) to be in a range ($0.33) to ($0.20). According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts are expecting the Company to report revenue of $281 million, net income of $(14) million and EPS of $(0.64) for fiscal 2012.
