Recylex SA's Belgian Subsidiary FMM SA Announces Its Intention of Ceasing Its Lead Smelter Activities

Recylex SA announced that FMM SA, the Belgian subsidiary of the Recylex group, is to cease its lead smelter operations. As required under the legislation in force in Belgium, it has begun a process of consulting with all its employees to find solutions and possible alternative courses of action with them. This plan, as well as the consultation phase, does not concern FMM SA's scrap lead-acid batteries collection business.
