Sadbhav Engineering Ltd Announces Resignation Of Statutory Auditors

Sadbhav Engineering Ltd announced that M/s. Shashikant Patel Associates, Chartered Accountants, who were appointed as Statutory Auditors of the Company in the Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2012 and holding the office up to the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, have resigned as Statutory Auditor of the Company. n the resignation letter submitted to the Board of Director, it has been explained by Mr. Shashikant D. Patel, proprietor of M/s. Shashikant Patel Associates, Chartered Accountants, that he has decided to close his proprietorship firm and he has joined M/s. Surana Maloo & Co. Chartered Accountans as partner with effect from January 25, 2013. Now onward he will carry out his audit assignments through the said Partnership firm. In view of above, Company is in process of appointing M/s. Surana Maloo & Co. Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company.
