AB Sagax Proposes FY 2012 Dividend of SEK 4.70 per Ordinary Share and SEK 2.00 per Preference Share; Issues FY 2013 Pre-Tax Profit Guidance in Line with Analysts' Estimates-Reuters

Reuters reported that AB Sagax's Board of Directors proposes fiscal year 2012 dividend of SEK 4.70 per ordinary share and SEK 2.00 per preference share with a quarterly payment of SEK 0.50. For fiscal year 2011, the Company paid a dividend of SEK 4.00 per ordinary share and SEK 2.00 per preference share. The Company also announced that it expects to report fiscal year 2013 total result, i.e. profit before revaluations and tax, with the current property portfolio and announced acquisitions and divestments, of up to SEK 470 million. According to I/B/E/S estimates, analysts on average are expecting the Company to report fiscal year 2013 profit before tax of SEK 481 million.
