Societe Alsacienne et Lorraine de Valeurs d'Entreprises et de Participations SA Sells Stakes in Three Companies

Societe Alsacienne et Lorraine de Valeurs d'Entreprises et de Participations SA (Salvepar) announced that it has sold its stakes in three companies. It has accepted an offer of EUR 9.2 million for its entire stake in Polygone SA. The offer was made by Mr. Olivier Ginon, Co-Founder of Polygone SA. As part of the sale by Qualium Investissement of its stake in Socotec to Cobepa and the funds managed by Five Arrow Managers, as well as the company's employees and management, Salvepar has been reimbursed for the convertible bonds it held for the sum of EUR 6.7 million. Salvepar has also sold all its shares in Stef SA for the sum of EUR 8 million.
