Sberbank Rossii OAO Announces Further Details on Sale of Dulisma-Interfax

Interfax reported that the sale by Sberbank Rossii OAO (Sberbank) of CJSC Dulisma (Dulisma) brought the Company RUB 2 billion and $27.2 million, the prospectus for the lending organization's LPN program says. The asset was sold last month. Sberbank did not say who bought the company, but the prospectus says it was CJSC CrownCity. Based on the average Central Ban exchange rate for December, the deal price tag was around $89 million.
