Moody's Investors Service:Affirms Sberbank Rossii OAO's (Sberbank) Baa1 deposit and senior debt ratings, and its D+ standalone bank financial strength rating.Says at the same time, Moody's has raised the equivalent baseline credit assessment (BCA) to baa3 from ba1.Says the outlook is stable.Says the affirmations of Sberbank's Baa1 deposit and senior debt ratings reflect Moody's expectation that Sberbank in case of need will receive full support from the Russian government.Says while Moody's incorporates high systemic support assumptions in the supported ratings of Sberbank, the rating agency considers that the Russian government would be unlikely to exceed its own means to provide systemic support to Sberbank.Says this is why, despite the raising of the BCA, Sberbank's deposit and debt ratings were affirmed at their previous level.
