Suez Environnement Company SA Announces Details of New Organizational Structure
Suez Environnement Company SA announced details of its new organizational structure, which is based around four strategic priorities – Smart Water, waste recovery, new international models and industrial water. All operating activities have therefore been placed under the authority of four Deputy Chief Executive Officers: Mr. Christophe Cros, Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Waste Europe, operating under the SITA brand; Mr. Angel Simon, Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Water Europe, principally for Lyonnaise des Eaux and Agbar; Ms. Marie-Ange Debon, Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of International activities (Degremont, United States, Africa-Middle East, Asia-Pacific), and Mr. Jean-Marc Boursier, Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Finance and Purchasing. The Management Committee will therefore be comprised of the Chief Executive Officer, the four Deputy Chief Executive Officers, Mr. Denys Neymon, Director of Human Resources, and Mr. Frederique Raoult, Director of Communications and Sustainable Development. A new Department of Innovation and Business Performance has also been created, under the supervision of Mr. Thierry Mallet.
