HI Real SpA announced that on May 16, 2013 Sintesi Societa di Investimenti e Partecipazioni SpA (Sintesi) has subscribed the second tranche of the share capital increase reserved to Sintesi, decided by the Board on April 16, 2013, for maximum EUR 1 million, divided into a total of 20,000,000 HI Real newly issued shares at a price of EUR 0.050 each. Unione Alberghi Italiani SpA (UAI) announced that the Board of Directors has deliberated a share capital increase equal to EUR 1 million reserved to Sintesi Societa di Investimenti e Partecipazioni SpA (Sintesi), to be paid, through the issuance of 20,000,000 UAI newly issued shares, at the price of EUR 0.050 per share.
