Stimulus Investment Fund Announces Change in Salient Features In Respect Of Dividend Payments And Additional Dividend Declaration

Friday, 7 Jun 2013 06:11am EDT

Stimulus Investment Fund announced that the Board of Directors declared an additional preference dividend of NAD 3,075,000, which translates into a dividend of NAD 0.82 per preference share. This is in addition to the NAD 4,087,500 declared on May 28, 2013 and therefor two preference dividend payments will accordingly be made to preference shareholders. While the first preference dividend (of NAD 4,087,500) represents the total realised after-tax cashflow profits of the Company for the financial year ended February 28, 2013, the additional preference dividend of NAD 3,075,000 represents a distribution of the cash realised in the Company from the repayment of loans during the financial year ended February 28, 2013. Both amounts will be paid to preference shareholders on July 05, 2013. Stimulus Investment Fund also announced that to accommodate the non trading date on the NSX on June 17, 2013, the Last day to Trade was moved forward with one day to June 13, 2013. The securities will consequently start trading ex-dividend on June 14, 2013.
