San Leon Energy Plc:Signing of rig contract for the drilling of the El Aaiun-4 well on the Tarfaya conventional licence, onshore Morocco.The rig contract has been signed with Entrepose Drilling for the Cabot 750 rig.The well is expected to spud in the second half of August 2015, and will take approximately 30 days to reach total depth (TD) of around 2000 metres below rotary table.Says reservoir target is Tertiary channel sandstones, with good reservoir properties expected, and the surface location is about 14 Km from gas market (El Marsa OCP phosphate processing plant, near Foum el-Oued).  Full Article

San Leon Energy Plc:Says company to provide an update on its Morocco acreage.Says company has acquired Petromaroc's 1.5 pct net working interest in Sidi Moussa licence, offshore Morocco.Drilling of SM-1 well on Nour prospect is currently underway by the operator, Genel Energy PLC (Genel), for consideration limited to assuming Petromaroc's share of expenditure of the Minimum Work Obligations.Petromaroc has also transferred its 22.5 pct net working interest in Tarfaya Onshore licence to San Leon, operator of licence.Says above transfers of interest will be effective upon approval of Moroccan authorities.  Full Article

San Leon Energy Plc:Signed joint venture agreement with Palomar Natural Resources (PNR) across seven Concessions in Poland's Permian Basin initially focused on developing the discovered, unproduced Siekierki and Rawicz gas fields.In return for 65 pct working interest in Southern Permian Basin and Northern Permian Basin Concessions.PNR has paid upfront to San Leon $5 mln and $15 mln, respectively, in cash and will carry San Leon for defined initial work programme aimed at bringing the Rawicz and Siekierki fields into production as soon as possible.PNR will become the operator of all of concessions.  Full Article

San Leon Energy Plc:Signs term sheet agreement with North American independent TransAtlantic Petroleum Limited to farm-in to the extensive acreage position in the Permian/SW Carboniferous Basin of Poland.Under the terms of the agreement, TransAtlantic would fund 100pct of a six well work program focused on achieving commercial production in the Permian Main Dolomite and Rotliegendes formations.TransAtlantic would earn an undivided 50pct working interest in the Nowa Sol, Wschowa, Gora, Rawicz, Prisice, Kotlarka, Olesnica, Praska and Wielun Concessions totalling more than 1.9 million gross acres.  Full Article

San Leon Energy Plc:Amends terms of its letter of intent with Horizon General Ltd, announced in Aug. 2013.In addition to the previously-notified terms, Horizon has now agreed to pay for San Leon's share of costs in the planned operation to fracture the Sosna-1 exploration well, which will evaluate the commerciality of the unconventional Main Dolomite play.Under the revised agreement, Horizon will now acquire a 22.5 pct working interest in San Leon's Cybinka and Torzym Concessions in Poland's Permian Basin.Upon completion of the above work programme, the working interests shall comprise 22.5 pct San Leon (operator), 22.5 pct Horizon, 30 pct S.N.G.N. San Leon Energy Plc:Says it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Chevron Lummus Global LLC (CLG), to exclusively cooperate in respect of the oil shale upgrading technology required to produce high synthetic crude oil from the raw shale oil to be produced in its Timahdit oil shale License Area, Morocco.Says the MoU will result in a detailed evaluation by CLG focused on implementing CLG technology on the raw shale oil produced at the proposed Timahdit Plant to be designed and delivered in cooperation with Enefit Outotec Technology.Says the proposed Timahdit Plant, as described in the Initial EOT Evaluation Study, will be built using the latest "Enefit280" process and EOT's experience.  Full Article
