Lebanese Company for Development and Reconstruction of Beirut Central District S Announces Dividend Distribution Date for FY 2010

Lebanese Company for Development and Reconstruction of Beirut Central District S announced that subject to the General Assembly meeting of the Company’s shareholders, August 1, 2011 and subject to the General Assembly's ratification of dividends distribution, the Company's Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Assembly that the beneficiaries of dividends distribution will be the shareholders on record as at August 19, 2011. Given the period separating the actual trading date and the clearing and settlement date, trading realized till the end of the trading session of August 16, 2011 will be reflected in the shareholders' register of August 19, 2011.
