SSPDL Ltd Announces Striking Off Subsidiary Companies

SSPDL Ltd announced that consequent to the applications filed by M/s. SSPDL Matrix Towers Private Limited and M/s. Kollur Residential Project Private Limited (subsidiaries of SSPDL Limited) under Section 560 of the Companies Act, 1956, for striking its name off the register with the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs under Fast Track Exit (FTE) mode, the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh, given a notice pursuant to sub section (5) of Section 560 of the Companies Act, 1956, that the names of M/s. SSPDL Matrix Towers Private Limited and M/s. Kollur Residential Project Private Limited have been struck off the Register and the said Companies are dissolved.
