Sungold Capital Ltd Approves Acquisition Of Stake In Shree Krishna Infrastructure Limited And Shree Krishna Holiday Home and Farms Limited

Sungold Capital Ltd announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 19, 2013, has considered and taken on record the following matters: the board has approved the further acquisition of stake in Shree Krishna Infrastructure Limited and Shree Krishna Holiday Home and Farms Limited, with an intention to make them Wholly Owned Subsidiaries of the Company, by acquiring remaining 49% stake by way of cash consideration. Financial terms were not disclosed.
