W. R. Grace & Co Files Flash Chromatography Patent Infringement Suit against Teledyne Technologies Inc
W. R. Grace & Co. announced that through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Alltech Associates, Inc., filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware against Teledyne Technologies Inc., doing business as Teledyne Isco of Lincoln, Neb., for infringement of four Grace U.S. Patents that cover Reveleris X2 flash chromatography system. Flash chromatography is a process to separate target molecules and purify a product from a complex mixture in minimal time, an important step in a broad range of scientific applications. Grace introduced the Reveleris flash chromatography system in 2009, bringing new advanced capabilities to flash chromatography. Teledyne Technologies Inc's Subsidiary Secures $350 Million NASA Engineering Contract
Teledyne Technologies Inc announced that its subsidiary, Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc., in Huntsville, Ala., has been selected as one of three contractors for NASA/Marshall Space Flight Center's (MSFC) Engineering Solutions and Prototyping (ESP) contract. The ESP contract is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle, worth up to $350 million over five years. Under this contract, Teledyne Brown will provide NASA/Marshall Space Flight Center with space systems design and development, hardware integration and testing, and technology maturation, including bench testing and prototype development and process development, in support of flight projects, human and robotic exploration, science and technology development and future programs/projects. Teledyne Technologies Inc Wins $120 Million NASA Mission Operations & Integration Contract
Teledyne Technologies Inc announced that its subsidiary, Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc., in Huntsville, Ala., has been awarded a five year prime contract with a potential total value of $120.1 million to continue providing dedicated payload operations and integration support for the International Space Station (ISS) and other Marshall Space Flight Center managed missions. Teledyne Brown has supplied more than 100,000 hours of round the clock support to the ISS Payload Operations Integration Center in the 15 years since being awarded the initial contract. The company has played a major role in supporting NASA science research aboard the ISS through the integration of payloads, providing crew training activities for these payloads, developing experiment procedures and delivering real-time support to science teams from around the world.
