Titon Holdings Plc Proposes Final Dividend

Titon Holdings Plc announced that the Board of Director are proposing a final dividend of 0.5p per share (2011: 1.0p). This, when added to the interim dividend paid on 25 June 2012 gives a total for the year of 1.5p (2011: 2.0p). If approved by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, the dividend will be payable on February 22, 2013 to shareholders on the register on January 25, 2013. The ex dividend date is January 23, 2013.
