Iliad SA:Announces that it puts an end to its project of acquiring T-Mobile US.Says Deutsche Telekom and selected board members of T-Mobile US refused to entertain its new offer.At the end of July 2014, Iliad confirmed it had submitted to the T-Mobile US board of directors an indicative offer to purchase a 56.6 pct stake in the company.This offer was rejected.Following this rejection, Iliad put in place a consortium with two private equity funds and Tier-1 international banks allowing it to enhance the cash amount and increase the share of T-Mobile US` capital to be acquired from 56.6 pct to 67 pct.This new offer was about $36 per share.  Full Article

T-Mobile US Inc:Says that it has agreed to sell $1,300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.000 pct. Senior Notes due 2023 and $1,700,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.375 pct. Senior Notes due 2025 in a registered public offering.Says the notes offering is scheduled to close on Sept. 5, 2014, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.T-Mobile expects to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, which may include capital investments and acquisition of additional spectrum.T-Mobile also intends to use about $1,000,000,000 of the proceeds to redeem its outstanding 7.875 pct. Senior Notes due 2018 and pay related transaction fees and expenses.Says Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, and J.P.
