Consortium Led By Enagas SA Is Not To Submit Offer For Total SA's TIGF-Reuters
Reuters reported that consortium led by Enagas SA announced that it would not submit an offer for TIGF, the gas network and storage business of French oil company Total SA. The consortium was among three in the running to take over the business, and Total SA is seeking firm offers by February 4, 2013. Previous week, the consortium said it was considering whether or not to stay in the race. It had teamed up with Canadian fund Borealis and two other firms. Enagas SA and its partners announced that the TIGF business did not fit with their strategy.
