Total SA Proposes FY 2012 Dividend
Total SA announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to propose to the Annual Shareholders' Meeting on May 17, 2013 the fiscal year 2012 dividend of EUR 2.34 per share, reflecting an increase of approximately 3% compared to the fiscal year 2011. Accordingly, Total SA announced that, upon the approval of shareholders, the final installment of EUR 0.59 per share for the fiscal year 2012 dividend will be paid on June 27, 2013 to shareholders on record at the close of the business on June 26, 2013, with the ex-dividend date set on June 24, 2013, whereas American Depositary Receipts will be paid the final installment of the fiscal year 2012 dividend in dollars (USD) on July 18, 2013, with record date set on June 21, 2013 and ex-dividend date set on June 19, 2013.
