TPI Triunfo Participacoes e Investimentos SA Announces Activities Restructuring

TPI Triunfo Participacoes e Investimentos SA announced that its Board of Directors on September 13, 2012 approved the corporate restructuring that consists of: a partial split-off of TPILOG SA (TPI-LOG) with the transfer of the spun-off part to Maris Gaudium Empreendimentos e Participacoes SA (MG) and to Starport Participacoes Ltda (Starport); a subsequent merger by incorporation of MG and Starport by Portonave SA - Terminais Portuarios de Navegantes (Portonave); and the transfer of the holding in Portonave that the Company holds after the above-mentioned operations to TPI-LOG.
