Turcas Petrol : 30 percent owned unit Shell & Turcas Petrol AS (STAŞ) acquires 27 percent shares of ATAS owned by the Shell Petroleum Company (SPC) as of 30 December 2016 . Unit STAS acquires 27 percent shares of ATAS storage facilities owned by Raffinaderij Shell Mersin N.V . Turcas Petrol AS:Wholly owned unit Turcas Enerji Holding has reached an agreement with BM Muhendislik ve Insaat regarding acquisition of 46 percent stake in Turcas BM Kuyucak Jeotermal Elektrik Uretim.The exact price for the acquisition to be determined by parties according to USD/TRY exchange rate on stock transfer date and payment schedule, which is 10.9 million lira plus $2.1 million as of May 5.Unit Turcas Enerji Holding currently holds 46 percent of Turcas BM Kuyucak Jeotermal and will increase its share to 92 percent with the acquisition.Turcas Petrol will become indirect majority shareholder of Turcas BM Kuyucak after the transaction.  Full Article
