Trinity Biotech plc announced that it is proposing a dividend of 20 cents per ADR, representing an increase of 33% on the dividend paid in fiscal 2012. The payment of this dividend is subject to shareholder approval, which will be sought at the Company's forthcoming AGM to be held on May 24, 2013.
