NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Disciplinary Committee Fines Transcom Worldwide S.A.

Transcom Worldwide S.A. announced that the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Disciplinary Committee (the Committee) has announced a decision to impose a fine on the Company amounting to three times the annual fee paid to NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, corresponding to approximately EUR 65,000. The Committee finds that Transcom has committed a breach of the disclosure rules in the Exchange’s Rulebook for Issuers by not disclosing information in a timely manner about tax proceedings in Italy.
