Universal Bioenergy Inc In Talks To Buy Coal Mines For Exports Of Coal To Asia And Europe
Universal Bioenergy Inc announced that its acquisition team in is talks with owners of coal mines throughout the U.S. as potential acquisition targets to the meet the demands of its growing customer base. The Company's new international coal division was established in February 2012 to meet the growing demand for coal in the global market place. The Company forecasts that it will need an estimated 200,000 to 300,000 tons of coal each month to export. The Company's executives have visited and/or toured several coal mines to secure additional thermal steam coal reserves and supplies that meets the short and long-term needs of its customers. These include high walled surface mines and underground mines. The Company intends to export the coal to its growing customer base for export to several countries in Asia, including China, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam and several European countries including Germany, England, Ireland and Poland. Universal Bioenergy Inc announced that it is in negotiations with commercial bank that provides capital funding to companies in the transportation and energy industry. The bank has proposed to provide Universal with an aggregate of up to $180 million dollar annual revolving capital funding line for its future growth and expansion. The agreement, if completed will provide Universal and NDR Energy with additional working capital and accounts receivable financing for a period of two years. Universal Bioenergy Inc announced that its subsidiary, NDR Energy Group, was awarded a contract to supply propane gas to one of the nation's largest gas utility companies. The contract was awarded by a customer that is a regulated subsidiary of a public utility holding company that has been distributing natural gas for 160 years and is headquartered on the east coast. The utility delivers natural gas to more than one million residential, commercial and industrial customers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Universal Bioenergy Inc Announces FINRA Final Approval of 20% Special Stock Dividend
Universal Bioenergy Inc announced that the Company has received final approval from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for its 20% special stock dividend. The Company filed formal notification of the FINRA approval with the full details of the special stock dividend in a Form 8-K Report on July 3, 2012, with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). On June 6, 2012, the Board of Directors of Universal declared a 20% special stock dividend to its shareholders on a 10 for 2 basis, providing the shareholders with an immediate 20% return. The special dividend will pay all registered shareholders on record as of July 13, 2012, a 20% stock dividend, or 2 shares of common stock, for every 10 shares of common stock held by all shareholders of record. Under the terms of the contract NDR Energy Group is to supply the customer with an estimated 35,000 mcf per day, or a total of 1.085 billion cubic feet (bcf) of natural gas for the month of July, 2012. Universal Bioenergy Inc announced that its subsidiary NDR Energy Group, has signed a contract in a joint venture with Houston based Space City Energy Marketing LLC. Space City Energy Marketing will market and distribute NDR Energy Group's expanding energy products line, including natural gas, propane and refined petroleum products through Space City's distribution channels. Space City Energy will market and distribute the energy products to its existing customer relationships in the energy industry, and provide NDR Energy with the management of natural gas and power transactions for its gas storage program.
