Dow Jones reported that Unilever NV's USD 1 billion bond, consisting of USD 450 million fixed rate notes due July 30, 2015 and USD 550 million fixed rate notes due August 2, 2017, launched on July 30, 2012, has been closed. Capital raised will be used for general purposes.
