Universal Insurance Holdings Inc Declares Cash Dividend of $0.08 per Share

Universal Insurance Holdings Inc announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.08 per share to be paid on October 9, 2012 to shareholders of record on September 26, 2012.
