Vtion Wireless Technology AG Comments on FY 2012 Outlook

Vtion Wireless Technology AG announced that its fiscal year 2012 guidance calls for revenue of between EUR 80 million and EUR 100 million, with an EBIT margin of 10%. On the basis of the results of the first nine months of the fiscal year 2012, the Company expects its fiscal year 2012 results to be approximately the bottom end of the guidance, due to aforementioned macroeconomic headwinds and pricing pressure in the tablet PC business segment. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts on average are expecting the Company to report fiscal year 2012 revenue of EUR 80.00 million.
