Veidekke ASA's Veidekke Entreprenor AS Announces New Contract Provided Approval by Board of Directors of Nordea and Steen & Strom

Veidekke ASA (Veidekke) announced that Asane Storsenter DA has, provided approval by the Board of Directors of the owners, Nordea and Steen & Strom, entered into an agreement with Veidekke Entreprenor AS to rebuild and expand the shopping center Asane Storsenter, north of Bergen. If the project is realized, the contract value for Veidekke is NOK 1.6 billion, excluding Value Added Tax. Construction will start in spring 2013 and the work will be completed in the fall of 2017. The board meetings will be held mid-December 2013.
