SunEdison Inc:Says that it has been awarded contracts to build 33 megawatts (MW) DC of rooftop solar with Southern California Edison (SCE) in the utility company's latest round of solar procurement.Solar systems will be built on rooftops throughout the Orange County and Inland Empire industrial corridors as part of SCE's plan to upgrade and modernize the grid for customers in densely populated metro areas and reduce power interruptions during periods of peak demand.Says agreements were awarded to SunEdison during SCE's fourth request for offers under the utility company's Solar Photovoltaic Program.  Full Article

SunEdison Inc:Pricing of its offering of $375 mln aggregate principal amount of 2.625% convertible senior notes due 2023 (2023 notes) and $375 mln aggregate principal amount of 3.375% convertible senior notes due 2025.Notes will be offered by the initial purchasers only to qualified institutional buyers.Offering is expected to close on May 20 subject to customary closing conditions.Company has also granted initial purchasers 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $75 mln aggregate principal amount of 2023 notes and up to an additional $75 mln aggregate principal amount of 2025 notes, on same terms and conditions.Use net proceeds to fund M&A to enhance size and value of future emerging markets vehicle, create a warehouse facility to acquire and hold operating assets for future dropdowns.And to fund cost of the capped call transactions described below, optimize materials business, retire indebtedness and for other general corporate purposes.  Full Article

SunEdison Inc:Has signed an agreement with County of Alameda, Calif.To install 3 megawatts (MW) DC of solar systems as part of the second phase of the Regional Renewable Energy Procurement Program (R-REP).In first phase of R-REP, SunEdison was awarded more than 18 MW DC of solar projects with 9 different Bay Area public agencies, including 11 MW with Alameda County.In this second phase of the R-REP, SunEdison was awarded all of the projects on which it bid.  Full Article

Renova Energia SA:Says it has signed agreement with SE Emerging Markets Yield, Inc.
