Goldfarb Branham Law Firm LLP announced that a class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of investors in WMS Industries who purchased shares between November 1, 2010 and April 11, 2011. According to the complaint filed in the Northern District of Illinois, the Company did not have a reasonable basis for its revenue and margin forecasts due to the Company's execution in its financial statements and decreased demand for gaming machines. When this was revealed WMS stock fell 17% in one day.
