W Resources Plc Completes Placing

W Resources Plc (formerly Caspian Holdings PLC) announced that it completed a placing of 122,642,855 ordinary shares of 0.1p per share (Ordinary Shares) at 0.70p per Ordinary Share to raise approximately GBP 858,500 (the Placing). The placement provides financing for the La Parrilla tailings development and for general working capital purposes. Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares being issued in connection with the Placing to be admitted to trading on AIM which is expected to occur on February 5, 2013.
