Wilson Sons's Subsidiary Receives Summons for Non-Realization of Works in Area Destined to Estaleiro Guaruja II

Wilson Sons announced that its subsidiary Wilson Sons Comercio Industria e Agencia de Navegacao Ltda (WSCI) received on June 6, 2011 a summons from the Judge of the 1st Civil Court of Guaruja, in the context of a lawsuit filed by the Public Ministry of the State of Sao Paulo against WSCI, Companhia Ambiental do Estado de Sao Paulo (CETESB) and others, for the non-realization, at least for the time being, of any work, construction, deforestation, suppression or cut of vegetation in the area described by the installation license number 18001111, which is destined to the shipyard Estaleiro Guaruja II, claiming that it is possible that the concerned area is under permanent preservation.
