Aerodrom Ljubljana dd, Nova KBM dd, Luka Koper dd and Zavarovalnica Triglav dd and Others to Submit Joint Takeover Offer for Shares of Telekom Slovenije dd

Telekom Slovenije dd announced that the Securities Market Agency established that there is a concerted action with regard to the Company, on the part of the Republic of Slovenia, Kapitalska druzba dd, Slovenska odskodninska druzba dd, Aerodrom Ljubljana dd, Nova KBM dd, Luka Koper dd, Sklad za financiranje razgradnje Nuklearne elektrarne Krsko (Fund for decommissioning the Krsko nuclear power plant) and Zavarovalnica Triglav dd, and that they are jointly reaching and exceeding the takeover threshold, and should therefore submit a joint takeover offer for the shares of Telekom Slovenije dd in accordance with the Takeovers Act.
