Michael Lang

Mr. Michael J. Lang has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Vice Chairman of the Board of AgJunction Inc., with effect from October 16, 2015. Mr. Lang is the Chairman of StoneBridge Merchant Capital Corp. (a private investment company). Mr. Lang has been involved in the development and financing of businesses throughout his career acting as an officer and director of a variety of companies including Beau Canada Exploration Ltd., Calahoo Petroleum Ltd. and Vicom Multimedia Inc.

Michael Manning

Mr. Michael Manning is re-designated as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of the Company. effective April 1, 2016. Mr. Manning joins AgJunction from Unitech Holdings, where he served as CFO and was responsible for the company's overall financial operations, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, treasury, financial reporting, and information technology. Previously, Mr. Manning was employed at ASSA ABLOY's global technologies division, where he served as global CFO of the division's hospitality business unit. In addition, Mr. Manning served first as CFO and then as president of the U.S. Legal Entities of Cargotec Holding Inc. Prior to Cargotec, Mr. Manning served as CFO of Williams Group PLC's W. Kidde portables safety division and as CFO and corporate treasurer of Multivac Inc. Mr. Manning earned a master of business administration from the University of South Florida and a bachelor of business arts in accounting from the University of Wisconsin.

Jeff Morris

Mr. Jeff Morris is Chief Marketing Officer, Vice President of the company. He brings over 20 years of marketing experience, holding senior positions with Microsoft, Symantec and AutoZone. Most recently, he served as Trimble's senior director of marketing and product management. Morris also founded Pacific Marketing Partners, where for seven years he and his team managed large-scale marketing campaigns for accounts such as Microsoft, Nordstrom, Starbucks, Amazon,Mercedes Benzand Toyota.

Bob Barjesteh

Mr. Bob Barjesteh is Vice President - Intellectual Property, General Counsel of the Company. Mr. Barjesteh was most recently the managing director-chief legal officer at ClaroVia Technologies LLC, a specialty intellectual property and corporate transaction advisory firm. As managing director at ClaroVia, he was responsible for providing advisory services to clients -- including Novariant which was acquired by AgJunction in October, 2015 -- on IP monetization, strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex corporate transactions. ClaroVia has been a valuable adviser to the Novariant IP team for the past two years and understands the uniqueness of the agriculture market. In his new role at AgJunction, Mr. Barjesteh will primarily be responsible for inside legal counsel related to IP management, and will direct the extensive outside legal and IP teams that have been assembled by AgJunction. Over the past 20 years Mr. Barjesteh held executive and management positions at ClaroVia, 3M Company and Arthur Andersen LLC. He has accumulated extensive experience identifying and evaluating business opportunities for technology licensing, strategic alliances and other complex corporate transactions. He brings to AgJunction the ability to enhance its IP portfolio with original concepts, new strategies and innovative approaches to business alliance opportunities.

Jeff Farrar

Mr. Jeff Farrar serves as Vice President - Sales, Agriculture of AgJunction Inc. Prior thereto, Director of Marketing for AgJunction from January 2007 to October 2012. He now serves as Vice President of Sales and is located in Hiawatha, KS. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Missouri Western State University with a minor in Agronomy.

Landon Morris

Mr. Landon Morris serves as Vice President - Marketing of AgJunction Inc. Prior thereto, Vice President, Marketing and Business Development, Solum, Inc. from June 2011 to November 2012, and Vice President of Marketing, MachineryLink from June 2007 to June 2011. He received a BA in economics and a M.S in agricultural economics from Iowa State University.

Neil Rutland

Dr. Neil Rutland is Vice President of Global Engineering of AgJunction Inc.,since January, 2013. Prior thereto, Director of Machine Control for AgJunction from March, 2010 to December, 2012 and Team Leader, Meteor GC&N from January 2008 to March 2010.

Scott Edmonds

Mr. Scott B. Edmonds has been appointed as Director of the Company effective Dec. 1, 2016. Edmonds has served on a variety of public and private company board of directors over the past ten years, including Vecima Networks Inc., Consumer Protection BC, Webtech Wireless Inc., Apivio Systems Inc. and Bridges Transitions Inc. Edmonds holds a degree in finance and is a chartered accountant. He has also completed the Executive Development Program at The Kellogg School and has received the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Lori Ell

Ms. Lori Ell has been appointed as Director of the Company effective Dec. 1, 2016. Lori Ell is the Chair of TEC (The Executive Committee), where she works with CEO's from a number of different industries facilitating peer group executive sessions and offering CEO coaching. Ms. Ell was a former board member of the UFA Co-operative. In addition, as founder and current president of Growing Ideas, Ell consults with business leaders who want to better understand their core strengths, define goals and construct communication processes for strategic execution. Prior to TEC, Ms. Ell was president of Agristar Inc., a private food processor company and CFO of Quortech Solutions Inc., a technology company. She sits on the board of directors of the Alberta Food Processors, the Canadian Food Innovators, and the Calgary Co-op. She has a bachelor of management degree, is a chartered professional accountant by training and has received the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.

Ryan Levenson

Mr. Ryan Levenson serves as Director of the Company effective Dec. 1, 2016. Ryan Levenson is the founding principal, managing member and portfolio manager of Privet Fund Management LLC, the General Partner of Privet Fund LP, an equity and debt investment fund. Prior to starting Privet in 2007, and since 2003, Levenson served as vice president of business development at Lighten Up, LLC (conducting business as MSI), a privately held building products distributor and construction services company. Prior to MSI, Levenson served as a financial analyst for Cramer Rosenthal McGlynn LLC's long/short equity hedge fund after working at SAC Capital Advisors LLC in a similar capacity. He sits on the board of directors of Frequency Electronics, Inc., Cicero Inc., and Hardinge, Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History degree from Vanderbilt University.

Barry Batcheller

Mr. Barry D. Batcheller is Independent Director of AgJunction Inc. Mr. Batcheller is the President and CEO of Appareo Systems, LLC since 2005, an advanced technology business that designs and manufactures electronic, mechanical and software products for aerospace, defense and transportation applications worldwide. Prior thereto Director of Technology Growth with John Deere & Company since 2002. Prior thereto, President and CEO of Phoenix International Corporation.

Paul Cataford

Mr. Paul G. Cataford is Independent Director of AgJunction Inc., since August 4, 2004. Mr. Cataford has investment, technology and business development experience from more than 20 years in the venture capital/private equity industry. Mr. Cataford is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors’ Directors Education Program and also currently serves on the boards of Sierra Wireless Inc. and of a number of private companies. Mr. Cataford has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Queen’s University and an MBA from York University’s Schulich School of Business.
