Glenn Barnes

Mr. Glenn Lawrence Barnes, B.AG. SCI (Melb), CPM, FAMI, FAIM, FAICD, SF Fin, FRSA, has been an Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Ansell Ltd since October 22, 2012. Appointed Non-Executive Director in September 2005 and Chairman in October 2012. Chair of the Governance Committee and member of the Human Resources Committee. Non-Executive Director at Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation, Stronghold Pty Ltd, Barnes Investments Pty Ltd, Mr. Barnes has over twenty years of governance experience in banking and financial services, business information, consumer goods and the not-for-profit sector. He was involved in the packaged goods, banking and financial services sectors for over thirty years, as an executive, business leader and Director in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, United States of America, Republic of Ireland, Japan and China. The Board considers Glenn Barnes to be an independent Director.

Prior to joining Ansell, Mr. Nicolin, a Swedish citizen, spent three years with Newell Rubbermaid Inc., most recently as President, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. Prior to that he spent seven years with Esselte Business Systems Inc., where in 2002 he led the leveraged buy-out of Esselte from the Stockholm and London Stock Exchanges. Following the buy-out he became the Chief Executive Officer of Esselte. Mr. Nicolin has also held senior management positions with Bayer AG, Pitney Bowes and McKinsey & Company. Mr. Nicolin holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from the Stockholm School of Economics.

John Bevan

Mr. John Andrew Bevan is Deputy Chairman of the Board of Ansell Ltd. Appointed Non-Executive Director in August 2012. Member of the Human Resources Committee, the Governance Committee and the Audit and Compliance Committee. Current Directorships: Chairman of BlueScope Steel Limited and Director of Nuplex Industries Limited. He is responsible for end-to-end supply operations, including manufacturing, sourcing, procurement, warehousing, logistics, transportation, and. He has close to 20 years of experience running manufacturing and distribution operations in the United States, China and South-East Asia . Jeyan is an exceptionally accomplished marketing executive, most recently serving as Vice President & Global Director, Marketing, for the Danone Group located in Barcelona, Spain. He contributed to building brands and marketing capabilities at Danone worldwide for brands such as Evian®, Volvic®, and recently Danone’s global flagship brand Actimel®, present in 37 countries. Originally from Turkey, Jeyan began his career at Procter & Gamble Group, where he held various marketing roles of increasing responsibility in Turkey, Belgium, Romania, and Germany. Jeyan ultimately rose to the position of Global Business Manager at Procter & Gamble Group, responsible for the Braun® men’s grooming division, based in Kronberg, Germany.

Mr. Giri Peddinti is Senior Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer of Ansell Ltd. He joined Ansell in January 2012 as Chief Information Officer. Giri is a results oriented IT Executive with 20 years of deep technology and extensive business relationship management experience, providing vision, strategy and execution excellence in delivering large transformational projects with global scope. He has diverse international experience and skilled in building technology shared services and centers of excellence, streamlining application delivery and infrastructure operations. Giri's experience include implementing enterprise architecture, IT security and controls, supply chain processes, middleware, B2B/C portals and ERP capabilities. Most recently Giri served as Global Head of Technology with Timberland, and prior to that he had held executive IT leadership positions at PepsiCo with progressively incremental responsibilities. Prior to PepsiCo, Giri held technology leadership roles at Southwest Airlines and Computer Sciences Corpn. Giri holds a Master of Business Administration, Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Computer Engineering, Amravati University, India. Based in the Iselin office, he oversees Ansell's global IT capabilities and strategies.

Mr. Francois Le Jeune is Senior Vice President - Business Development and Chief Commercial Officer Body Protection SBI of Ansell Ltd. He joined Ansell in November 2004. He currently serves as SVP Business Development and Transformational Initiatives and is a member of the Ansell Executive Leadership Team. In March of 2013 François was appointed interim-CFO where he served until July, 2013. Previously, he was CFO and Vice President of Ansell EMEA, where he was responsible for all financial matters and, oversaw 11 legal entities books (Belgium, France, Germany, UK, Poland, Italy, Spain, Russia, Dubai) and was a member of the EMEA Executive Team, reporting to Group CFO and the Senior VP EMEA. In September 2010, François led on top the Industrial Global Finance within the new matrix structure. He moved full-time into the role of VP Finance, Emerging Markets and Business Development for the Industrial Global Business Unit as of July, 2012. Prior to joining Ansell, François served 13 years at Procter & Gamble in the finance department up to an Associate Director Finance for the Global Home Care Division. Immediately after this tenure with Procter & Gamble François provided two years of service to Kinetics, a California based Company as Vice President of Finance and Administration - Europe and Middle East. Francois le Jeune holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University, and a Master of Engineering in Physics and Material Sciences from – UCL in Belgium.

Mr. Peter Dobbelsteijn is Chief Commercial Officer - EMEA and APAC Region and Ansell Global Guardian BMkt of Ansell Ltd. He is responsible for Sales and Trade Marketing, Warehousing and Logistics operations across Europe, Middle-East and Africa and will be based at the Ansell EMEA HQ in Brussels. He has over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing sales & marketing strategies across EMEA, and for a variety of businesses. Before joining Ansell, Mr. Dobbelsteijn was with Newell Rubbermaid, where he led their EMEA North Central Region. He has a degree in Bachelor degree in Marketing from the Dutch Marketing Institute in Amsterdam.

Mr. Neil I. Salmon is Chief Financial Officer (Finance and IT) of Ansell Ltd. He is a finance executive with more than 20 years of professional experience. He is a native of the United Kingdom where he spent the first years of his career with Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI), serving in operational finance leadership positions across various ICI regions and business units in the UK, South Africa, the United States and Singapore. Most recently, Mr. Salmon was the CFO of Innophos, an international producer of performance-critical and nutritional specialty ingredients based in Cranbury, NJ, with revenues of $860 million and publicly traded on NASDAQ in New York City. He holds a Master of Arts in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Lincoln College, Oxford University and is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA).

Mrs. Desjardins is an experienced international finance executive with a focus on business performance and growth. Mrs. Desjardins was formerly a Director of AptarGroup and Chief Financial Officer for Amcor Limited. Mrs. Desjardins held various executive roles at General Motors Corporation, including Chief Financial Officer, General Motors Holden, and Controller for General Motors North America.
