Name Description

Hans Straberg

Mr. Hans Straberg has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Atlas Copco AB since April 29, 2014. He has previously been Vice Chairman of the Board since April 29, 2013. He is Member of the Company Nomination and Audit Committee and Chairman at the Company Remuneration Committee. He holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers Tekniska Hogskola. He also serves as Member of the Board of Investor AB, Stora Enso Oyj, Finland, N Holding AB, Mellby Gard AB, Hedson, and is Chairman of the Board of Roxtec AB, CTEK AB, Nikkarit Holding AB and Vice Chair of Orchid Orthopedics Inc. He has experience from the Chief Executive Officer and President positions at Electrolux AB, as well as various managing positions in the Electrolux group in Sweden and the United States. He was EU Co-Chair TABD, Trans-Atlantic Business Dialogue.

Mats Rahmstrom

Mr. Mats Rahmstrom has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Copco AB since April 27, 2017 and Member of the Company's Board of Directors since April 26, 2017. He has previously served as Senior Executive Vice President and Business Area President Industrial Technique of the Company since June 1, 2008. He has worked in the Company since 1988. He was President of Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly Systems General Industry division within Industrial Technique from 2006 to 2008. He previously held positions in sales, service, marketing, and general management within the Industrial Technique business area. Henrik Elmin

Mr. Henrik Elmin has been appointed Senior Executive Vice President, Business Area President Industrial Technique at Atlas Copco AB, effective as of May 1, 2017. He has served as President of the Industrial Technique Service division in the same business area since 2015. He started his Atlas Copco career in 2007 as General Manager for Atlas Copco Tools Customer Center Nordic in the Industrial Technique business area. In 2012, he was appointed President of the General Industry Tools and Assembly Systems division. His education includes a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Lund Institute of Technology, Sweden, and an MBA from INSEAD, France.

Geert Follens

Mr. Geert Follens has been appointed Senior Executive Vice President, Business Area President Vacuum Technique at Atlas Copco AB, effective as of January 1, 2017. He has been President of the Vacuum Solutions division in the Compressor Technique business area. He started his Atlas Copco career in the Industrial Air division in Belgium in 1995. Over the years, he has managed positions in purchasing, supply chain and general management. He served as General Manager of Atlas Copco Compressor Technique customer center in the United Kingdom. Before he became President of the Vacuum Solutions division in 2014 he was first President of the Portable Energy division and then of the Industrial Air division. He has a Master of Science degree in Electromechanical Engineering and a post-graduate degree in Business Economics from the University of Leuven, Belgium.

Helena Hedblom

Ms. Helena Hedblom has been appointed Senior Executive Vice President, Business Area President Mining and Rock Excavation Technique at Atlas Copco Aktiebolag effective as of January 1, 2017. She has recently been President of the Rock Drilling Tools division in the same business area. Helena Hedblom started her Atlas Copco career in 2000 as Manager Materials Development Research & Development in the Rock Drilling Tools division. She has since then had different roles including Lean coordinator and Vice President Research & Development in that division. Before she became President of the Rock Drilling Tools division based in Sweden in 2013 she was General Manager for the product company Atlas Copco Secoroc. She has a Master of Science in Material Technology from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.

Andrew Walker

Mr. Andrew Walker has been Senior Executive Vice President, Business Area President Construction Technique at Atlas Copco AB since September 15, 2014. He started his career with Atlas Copco in Ireland 1986 and has since then had several different management positions in markets including United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium and the United States. He has served as President of the Service division in Compressor Technique. He holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Master of Business Administration degree from University College Dublin, Ireland.

Hans Meyer

Mr. Hans Ola Meyer has been Senior Vice President Controlling and Finance of Atlas Copco AB since 1999. He is also Member of The Swedish Financial Reporting Board and Member of the Board of Upplands Motor Holding AB and PRI Pensionsgaranti (Mutual). Mr. Meyer joined the Company in 1978 to work with Group accounting and controlling. Later, he moved to Ecuador as Financial Manager. Between 1984 and 1991, he held various positions at Penningsmarknadsmaklarna, Sweden. He returned to Atlas Copco in 1991 as Financial Manager in Spain, and in 1993 became Senior Vice President, Finance for Atlas Copco AB and Member of Group Management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Handelshogskolan i Stockholm (Stockholm School of Economics) (1977).

Hakan Osvald

Mr. Hakan Osvald has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel at Atlas Copco AB since January 1, 2012. Since 2012, he has also been Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Company. He joined the Company in 1985 as Legal Counsel and relocated in 1989 to Atlas Copco in the United States as General Counsel for Atlas Copco North America Inc. and Chicago Pneumatic Tool Company. In 1991, he was appointed Vice President Deputy General Counsel Atlas Copco Group, with a special responsibility for acquisitions. He is Chairman of ICC Sweden, reference group Competition and Member of the Board of Sweden-China Trade Council. Mr. Osvald holds a Master’s of Law degree from Uppsala Universitet.

Annika Berglund

Ms. Annika Berglund has served as Senior Vice President Corporate Communications and Governmental Affairs at Atlas Copco AB since 1997. She is also Board Member of Peter Wallenberg Water For All Foudnation. She began her career in marketing analysis and market research with Atlas Copco AB in 1979. She has had a number of positions in the Group related to marketing, sales, and business controlling in Europe. Prior to her current position, Ms. Berglund was Marketing Manager for the electronic company Atlas Copco Controls (Danaher Motion). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Handelshogskolan i Stockholm (Stockholm School of Economics), Sweden, from 1980, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Universiteit Antwerpen, Belgium, from 1995.

Vagner Rego

Mr. Vagner Rego has been appointed Business Area President Compressor Technique at Atlas Copco AB, effective as of August 1, 2017. He has served as President for the service division within Compressor Technique. He joined Atlas Copco in 1996 as a trainee engineer in a service workshop in Sao Paulo State, Brazil. He steadily took on broader responsibilities, and in 2006 he was appointed Business Line Manager for Compressor Technique Service in Brazil. In 2010, Vagner Rego became Vice President Marketing and Sales for the Compressor Technique Service division, based in Belgium. Before he took on his current position as President for the Compressor Technique Service division in 2014, he was General Manager for Construction Technique’s Customer Center in Brazil. He has a degree in mechanical engineering from Mackenzie University and an MBA from Ibmec Business School, both located in Brazil.

Mr. Mikael Bergstedt has been Employee Representative on the Board of Directors of Atlas Copco AB since 2004. He is Chair of PTK, Atlas Copco, Tierp Works.

Johan Forssell

Mr. Johan Forssell has been Member of the Board of Directors of Atlas Copco AB since 2008. He also serves as Member of the Company’s Audit Committee.
