Name Description

Michael Muzylowski

Mr. Michael Muzylowski is the Chairman of the Board of Callinex Mines Inc. He had been appointed to the position of Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company., with effect from 17 January 2014. He is a Mining Executive, CEO of Callinan Royalties Corporation, 1994 to July 13, 2011, CEO of the Company, April 21, 2011.

Max Porterfield

Mr. Max Porterfield is the President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Callinex Mines Inc., effective June 1, 2014. Mr. Porterfield, located in Vancouver, is an executive with over eight years of experience within natural resources and financial markets. Previously, Mr. Porterfield managed investor relations for two well respected resource companies, Brazil Resources Inc. (TSX-V: BRI) and Uranium Energy Corp (NYSE-MKT: UEC). In addition, Mr. Porterfield was previously Vice-President of Institutional Services at U.S. Global Investors, a boutique investment management firm with a longstanding history of expertise in precious metals and natural resources. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University, with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Matthew Anderson

Mr. Matthew J. Anderson is Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Anderson has significant experience in financial- and accounting-related functions for natural resource issuers. He serves as a senior consultant with Malaspina Consultants Inc., a private company that provides accounting and administrative infrastructure to junior public companies. He serves or has served as CFO of I-Minerals Inc., as well as several other junior public companies such as Wolfpack Gold Corp., Search Minerals Inc., Tigris Uranium Corp. and Explorator Resources Inc. Mr. Anderson holds a bachelor of commerce degree from McGill University and he is a certified professional accountant.

Jordan Butler

Mr. Jordan Butler is Vice President - Corporate Development of the Company. Mr. Butler has significant experience in identifying, evaluating and valuing assets within the mineral resource sector. Previously, he provided asset and equity valuations on completed transactions, and regularly conducts analysis on acquisition targets and existing holdings within the company's project portfolio. Prior to joining Calinex in October, 2014, he served in various capacities including investor relations, analyst and corporate development with companies including Uranium Energy Corp., Golden Predator Mining Corp. and Till Capital Ltd. Mr. Butler holds a master of business administration from Vancouver Island University and a master of science in international business from the University of Hertfordshire.

Nico Civelli

Mr. Nico Civelli is Vice President - Finance, Director of Callinex Mines Inc. Mr. Civelli is a Zurich-based independent financial adviser, who provides financial consultancy services through his wholly owned company, Niconsult GmbH. In this capacity, Mr. Civelli works closely with several European and North American private asset management companies and funds, which specialize in the natural resources sector. Mr. Civelli serves as director and vice-president of finance for Hunter Bay Minerals PLC, as well as Terra Nova Energy Ltd., and as vice-president of finance of Pacific LNG (Singapore). Mr. Civelli studied at the Universities of Zurich and St. Gallen in Switzerland before completing a master's degree in applied finance at the University of Southern Queensland in Australia.

Keith Minty

Mr. Keith C. Minty, P.Eng. is Director of the Company. Mr. Minty's mineral resource development experience spans more than 25 years of project exploration, valuation, feasibility studies, financing, construction and operations. These open pit and underground projects have been located in the Americas, Middle East, Asia and Africa and span base, precious and platinum group metals, and industrial minerals. From 2008 to 2013, Mr. Minty was the Chief Operating Officer for Thani Emirates Resource Holdings Ltd., a subsidiary of Thani Investments, a private venture capital group based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Since January 2014, he has been based in Toronto, ON, as Senior VP of Stope Capital Advisors Inc. In addition, he is President and CEO of Hunter Bay Minerals Plc. and is a director of Auryn Resources Inc. Mr. Minty obtained his B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from Queen's University, Kingston, ON, in 1978.

Michael Louie

Mr. Michael Louie serves as an Independent Director of Callinex Mines Inc., with effect from October 23, 2013. Mr. Louie is a partner in D+H Group LLP, a Vancouver based Chartered Accounting Firm. Mr. Louie has considerable experience working on behalf of First Nations groups as well as a familiarity with the Canadian mining business and Canadian accounting practices. He holds a Bachelor of commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.
